The process

Whether you are looking to migrate, enhance your current implementation or need someone to manage and maintain your analytics tracking, we follow the same six step process

Discovery

Depending on your need we will work with you and any stakeholders who use analytics data to review the existing set up or define the ideal solution through a series of workshops.

Solution design

We will design a solution to meet the business requirements & build a solution design reference which will act as your analytics blueprint. We will also liaise with developers on DataLayer requirements.

Server set-up

Whether we're using a partner like Elevar or Addingwell, or using an existing server, we work with your teams on getting the set-up ready to receive your analytics and media tags.

Implementation & QA

We will implement the solution via your chosen tag management system & configure the appropriate settings in the Analytics interface. We also complete cross-device and cross-browser QA before we go live.

Go Live

Once we are happy with the results of QA, we will go live with the solution & monitor the data at regular intervals. We also compare the data to your previous solution, where relevant.

Delivering value

From there, we can support with ongoing technical maintenance and tag deployment or move into the fun stuff around visualising and using the data, whether that's audiences or CRO.
