Approach: Data-driven insights

Using a combination of data from Google Analytics and Mixpanel, we carried a thorough review of the website's current performance. We reviewed the entire journey from landing page, to browsing, through to the sign-up funnel to understand where the gaps were.

Based on the findings, we identified 22 hypotheses to further understand user preferences and pain points. 

These hypotheses were then prioritised using an adapted PIE framework, focusing on business importance, perceived potential impact (try saying that after a drink) and effort to develop. We moved forward with a shortlist of tests to build.

Working within builder.io, we designed, built and configured production-ready variations that were then QA'd and put live to test.
