How do we approach training?

We want to build training that feels as relevant to you as possible, that way you'll learn more and maybe even enjoy it. We make our training bespoke by:

  • Working with you to understand your teams requirements and job roles. We share a pre-training questionnaire to capture insight from all attendees
  • We build the training program. Sure, all sessions tend to cover some of the same theoretical content but the critical part is making sure the tasks and exercises are relevant
  • We deliver the session however suits you best. Either in one full day, two half days or four bite-size sessions. These can be at our office, at yours or remotely

Post-training support

We know training is not a "one and done" exercise so we can also offer post-training support. We offer custom packages that include post-training hours or can work on short-term support retainers as your team gets up to speed.

Platform troubleshooting

Something not quite working as you expected? Or struggling to replicate a process from the training? Give us a shout and we'll hop on a screenshare and tackle it together

Reassurance

Need someone to glance an eye over what you've done to confirm it's correct? Or just want a second pair of eyes? We'll happily take a look and continue to develop your confidence in using the tool.

Ad hoc questions

Have some questions you need answered since getting more hands on with the tool? We can set-up additional workshops or "power hours" to help as you start using the tool more regularly and in more advanced ways.

Beyond training, it might be that, drunk on your new-found web analytics knowledge, you want to connect that data with other data sets, like CRM data. We can support with connecting data sources in Google Cloud, whether that's for reporting, forecasting or modelling projects.

And if you can see the value in the website data but just don't have the time, or skillsets internally, we can support with picking up the role of Insights and Optimisation by using your data to deliver industry-beating experimentation programs.
